Profunds index and sector trading

i have recently closed my last stock acct by transferring it to profunds so all my trades are now with profunds or family 401k accts that i have discretionary control of.

i hope you stick around as the best way for me to learn to swing trade is to watch ohters. i am kind of being forced to learn due to recent rule changes in my mothers 401k plan. all trades must be held for a minimum of 7 days. i just sold (at the close today) my first such venture in 7 day land for her. it was an asian fund and im hoping it went up a smidge today. it was a 3.5% gainer coming into today.
