When Jay's been asked repeatedly whether or not he's paying cash, he stated that he is currently doing just that. In both public and private inquiry, when he was asked whether or not MOBL's issued more shares to YAG, he stated that they have not issued more shares. So, unless Jay's either lying or playing word-games with us, MOBL's paying cash to YAG.

So, where are the shares of MOBL coming from? YAG can't issue them.
