My wife works in real estate in DC (a NUTSO market) and the post contract RE assessments are coming in 10-30% below the contract sales price. Hmmn, buyers get furious and Coldwell is seeing a HUGE number of people trying to pull out of contracts on BS "issues"

Here's an update of our call for the March peak in Business Capital Spending (Capex). All rates-of-change or growth rate measures, whether on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month basis, in total Capex, non-defense Capex, and non-defense Capex excluding aircraft and parts, had "last gasp" growth rate spike peaks no later than March, which we still expect was simultaneous with another stock market major top in this BAAC Supercycle Bear Market Period:

RE: Pull up a 5 year weekly Naz chart and draw a trendline from the top of the 3/6/00 weekly candle to the 3/20/00 weekly candle. We tagged it on the nose yesterday. It's the last remaining downtrend line.
