Loophole

The following people were happy with the agreement. The Samsung lawyers, the IDCC lawyers, and Bill Merritt says its a good deal for IDCC, and they publicly declare Samsung as now licensed for 3G making IDCC have 50% of the 3G market licensed. My goodness how much more do people need and how cupable would IDCC be to investors to not only say what they did but to go to presentations and brag about now having them licensed.

Most amazing investors in the history are in IDCC. They trust nothing and no one, they look for the worst in everything and scared to death that IDCC might insult Samsung and others buy actually seeking a reasonable rate. They had 10 to 1 rather believe someone not affiliated wit the company as its easy to do rather than believe what they are shown and told. Doe they also think the Samsung attornies and the IDCC attornies are liars, and just joking about being happy with the deal.

Normally after a sell off the stock has a nice run up, so hopefully the news hits in what some of you think is the appropriate time frame.
