Kynetman,

I agree with your post completely.

My statement about "no customers" was intended to point out that FLCR currently has very few (if anyone) signed up as purchasers of their core product. Their 1Q revenues prove this point.

FLCR has many potential customers. As you mentioned, the databases they are building through their other programs will serve as a potential customer base for all their other products.

I especially agree with your assessment of the website--its current state of demise and its potential. I have communicated my feelings with Mr. Oakley, and I have offered suggestions for how the website could be restructured. I even offered suggestions for how to fund the project. He sounded excited about the ideas I shared. You should share your thoughts and ideas with him as well. As you pointed out, a good website can help generate revenue--from individuals and businesses--and can instill confidence in investors; a bad website can drive away those who otherwise might be interested in the company. Personally, I think the launching of a new website--one that incorporates the current business plan, sends people to the proper sites for product information, and provides current business/investor info--should be a top priority for FLCR.

There is no indication FLCR has any HSA business at the moment--at least the 2Q revenues would not indicate so. I am guessing they have had some difficulties in implementing this facet of the business plan. The HSA market is very hot right now, and it will continue to be hot for the forseeable future. It is a shame FLCR has not yet been able to capitalize on their ability to offer this product. As you mentioned, outside of the HSA PR, one would have no means of knowing that FLCR even offers HSAs. I still believe HSAs will prove to be a vital part in the FLCR business plan. Whatever difficuties they may be having, hopefully they will be worked out soon.

JasMan makes a good point also. FLCR is very limited in manpower, and they have many irons in the fire. It may be that the HSA business has been put on the back burner (outside of some large contract possibilities) out of necessity.

Still, regardless of the irons in the fire, in my opinion, the website should be a top priority.

Jim
