zdog: Give up trying to explain. In his reply to you he just picks the word that he wants without apparently considering the whole phrase which was conditioned by the introductory word IF.
Again earlier today he misstated what IDCC has stated and puts in his own interpretations.
"When will people realize that IDCC has stated that by 2012 they hope to have a $1.50 average and that should be with handset cost coming down and the royalty rate decreasing yet they are expecting to have this $1.50 rate."
He just doesn't understand what a Forward Looking Statement is.

I believe you are misrepresenting the facts. The CEO did NOT insist Interdigital will average $1.50 per device. He said IF IF IF IF. I don't want to argue with you, but you seem to keep saying the same thing.
