You are 100% correct he said if we can maintain a $1.50 in 2012. Now in your infinte wisdom explain to me how you maintain something you aren't achieving already? I don't know if you know the definition of maintain but I think it is something you already have and are trying to hold onto that level. Hence if you are trying to maintain then you MUST be already getting that amount or higher than that, or that would be a logical conclusion of said statement.
Now its your turn you explain to the rest of us what he said and means.
Now this doesn't mean he isn't misrepresenting the facts, it just is a logical conclusion based on his comments and assuming he is truthfull and knows what the rates IDCC is presently getting. If he is lying then I can only say we just got screwed, and he should be fired.
