Pianoman, I think 45 days from November 24th, when they announced the term sheet is actually Thursday the 8th. In typical IDCC fashion they said Samsung has "approximately" 45 days to make their decision. Who knows what that means, maybe they can extend if they make a deposit? More importantly, will they actually give us any details this time. I'm crossing my fingers.
