You're right Zen.. seems Knight's company was degraded fm a buy to a neutral... and their shares prices have fallen dramatically... unfortunately I dont have the link to the lynch company that downgraded them... but this is awesome news for the penny stock companies... if they close that damn loophole.. we all win as investors...
