Not very, especially given that no attorney of his caliber would ever have made such a dumb statement.

This, of course, is preceded by the statement regarding when Roger Glenn will get sick of them "putting words into his mouth"

I would ask first, to give us some proof that this PR did not, in fact, originate from him as legal counsel for the company.

Second, I would suggest that unless proven otherwise, he did infact make that statement and, as he is the kind of lawyer you suggest he is in your description, I think we would all be wise to take his judgement on whether or not this should have been PR'd over yours.
