It has not been talked about in the English case. For the court to award/declare idcc'S patent in force is one thing, but, for Nok. to just give up on another patent after they fought so hard and long doesn't make sense. Nok. doesn't give up on ANYTHING. I think their lawyer might have screwed up somehow and did not oppose the other patent when he thought he had his bases covered. Just my O. PUNKIN611
