The last time this stock traded at or above $ 0.20 (which I assume you meant
as 0,20 cent would be $0.002 US) was 7/31/2008, almost six months ago.
It rose from approximately the range of $ 0.08 - $0.14, nearly one tenth of the
$ 0.01 - 0.014 range of today.
