beerclark it is hard to say for certain.

They may pay the first one. But if they continue to dilute they will certainly not continue to pay it. I don't see them continuaing to pay this for a full year witht he dilution rate they currently have going.

Wouldn't make any sense to offer a dividend and then keep issuing more and more shares, increasing their liability to shareholder with cash they seem to need for actual projects.

Hard to say at the moment but I believe it is a ploy to sell stock. I highly doubt there will be 4 quarters of dividend payments.
