Janice, please list the indicators that show $50 million spent by this company. After all, if the company is the one flooding the market, they should have gotten about $50 million USD from the 500 billion shares.
The most ardent pumpers on this board would hope that we are at 50 billion shares or less. So, to show your good faith and prove your assertions, please give us at least some ballpark numbers to show that the expenditures are well above the $10 million mark.
For the record, I own 30 million shares of CMKX, and I'm in it for the long haul. I don't know the answer to this up front, and I don't really expect for you to answer, but it would be worthwhile if some of the knowledgable people on the board would.
Some costs off the top of my head:
1. Race car promotion - Well, this isn't CART, so it isn't in the 10s & 100s of millions. I don't know how much, my guess would be well less than 2 million, but that is a complete swag.
2. Salaries for the workers.
3. Drilling equipment - I heard 6 million sometime this week for all the stuff they are doing now, but that was under the assumption they were buying several new rigs...anyone know any better? I thought there was just one drill rig at the current time, and I don't know when it was purchased.
4. Lawyer retainer and fees - The lawyers aren't working for stock, so the cash is coming from somewhere.
5. Filing and claims fees and paperwork costs.
6. Audit paperwork and costs.
7. Consultant fees - We know of 2 billion shares given out to 2 consultants in particular, so this is the equivalent of $200k USD.
What else? And what are some guesses as to the cost of the items above? I'm sorry, but I don't see anywhere near $50 million in the above. Please give all these "indicators" that show large enough expenditures to validate that.
