I agree Samsung fought to the very end, and surrended or settled when the alternative didn't look so good. Nokia was always later than Samsung, and so Nokia as I stated was not signing ahead of Samsung, and that makes good sense to me.

Nokia in my opinion ran their gauntlet out in England, plus Nokia had some kind of agreement and suing them about 3G in place earlier which to me is another acknowledgement of the validity of the patents, then throw in the England results, and the picture just don't look like going to court on material to me. Then you throw in IDCC say here Nokia we are not asking for a cent more than what Samsung is willing to pay, then if there is such thing as FRAND that would knock FRAND out, so what defense would they have left?
