It may be a front in hopes of living high off of it, but I don't think that's happened yet. I mean, unless he just enjoys driving, I don't see driving every two weeks from NY to Kentucky very glamorous. I consider that hell. I saw his Jeep with the NJ tags on it and spoke with him. Young people may not mind, but he's not young. This market may have ruined his front. That six hour drive through WV was beautiful, but it was tough, and I'm not even 50 or 60. We'll see if he can pull it through bk and keep the front up.
