Excuse me if I am intruding here ..
I would be interested to learn what commissions you pay. I use Action Direct through my Royal Bank and I am extremely satisfied how it interlocks with my bank account. I also get excellent fills. I trade U.S. stocks too. The conversion rates are satisfactory and I can move my money around instantaneously. The minimum commish is $29.95 either if you do a U.S. or a Canadian trade. The percentage rate above that beats the traditional full service broker hands down. Google the Royal Bank or Action Direct and you can find their charges. Please tell me the Ameritrade rate strucure.
