Here is my sincere assessment of CMKX .. FWIW.
First the positives. It's a legitimate mineral exploration play as we are accustomed to in Canada .. a large land package of mineral rights tied on to the 3 leaders at F A L C. Some diamonds have been verified by them at Smeaton. They have completed a new airborne magnetic survey over their holdings and many anomalies have been identified so they say. A drill is currently working on one of the new targets. The work is under the direction of competent people. They have done HUGE P R and have biiiiggg exposure to the speculators. They have retained a top flight securities lawyer. Now the negatives ...
The F A L C is as yet unproven as to whether anyone can indeed make money mining diamonds. Urban and Mel don't exactly have shining reputations among the local mining fraternity in Saskatchewan. They are viewed more as promoters than mining guys. The P R has been highly over-done as to attract the attention of the S E C. There is absolutely zeeero corporate info available and particularly the O / S share count. No one knows how all this HUGE expense is being financed including the dragster. Nor how it will continue to be financed. The daily influx of buying is filled by selling of shares by someone .. hence no upward price movement. That's about it. Just the facts, Mam. The interpretation is all yours. Go for it.
