If you read it and it can be confusing, but they ask for the settlement agreement. They also use the 8K of substantial progress as part of the request. I am not going to discuss the 8K as it got everyone mad, and me talked about.

I will say the language in here doesn't preclude that a settlement agreement has been reached with a contingency.
Samsung did think the 8K had to mean more than we are just in talks or they wouldn't have even mentioned it, let alone think it was important enough to want access to it.
