I still believe EC thought he was going to get some production out of this mine. Whether he was just going to use it primarily for a paycheck or not, I don't know. He didn't foresee the crash of the market, which has ruined all plans for continuing to pay in shares and pay himself in shares. As Anvil/CT pointed out, all options stink for the creditors. I think the company is toast.

I've been taught by Koped how these penny companies operate, so I will use that knowledge in the future. So there still could come a day for investing in this mine. Only time will tell. Between now and the end of the year, I'm going to take my loss and move on. The market will be really volitile for the next year, and I hope to play that until things become stable. But I probably won't play penny stocks until end of next year when/if there's a sustained bull market.
