Since you are so astute on mandantory requirements, can you enlighten me about the 8K and Substantial progress filed? Under what rule was that one deemed to have been required? If it wasn't required that was one dumb 8K, and had zero meaning. IDCC in all the years I have known the company has never issued a 8K progress report on any negotiations with anyone and didn't even want to put out one when a deal was done, and they issued one with as little information as they could get away with giving. This 8K release had to have some importance and a need to think they had to do it. The other thing the 8K was never redacted saying that the substantial progress fell apart, which means if you issue one on the progress then you MUST issue one if the progress believed had been deviated from. Have you seen a 8K disputing the substantial progress? IDCC has with that 8K left themselves kind of vulnerable in my opinion.
