Do I need to have an antifreeze flush and a new oil change when they replace the gasket? (I just had the oil changed when I did the inspection last week.)
I've gotten a bunch of quotes. All of them are in the $500-$800 range. At least one included a antifreeze flush and a oil change in their price (would be <$600).
The guys that typically do the work on my cars offered to do the job for $550...a little more than the lowest quote, but I'd rather have someone do it that has been working on the car for 3-4 years. I'll have to check to see if they include the oil change and the flush.
