Here is another opinion - who is to say that this LLC came to 141. Could it be that 141 was already trading and the governing body came to them and said you must reigister as a CPO or file for exemption status. If that would happen then 141 would definitely want to put out a PR and put a positive spin on this rather than let someone find out about the Exemption filing and bring to the forefront with a lot more unanswered questions.
