The following are my opinions based on publicly available information found on the internet.

Indeed, the Owner(s)/Senior Editor of Stock Patrol have a questionable background, as far as working in the investment industry. A whois lookup(1) on the domain, stockpatrol.com shows us that the site is run by Debra Cherney, of New York, NY. A google search for +"Debra Cherney" +"New York" returns one link of interest, an article on the Taipei Times web site(2) titled, "StockPatrol.com scours penny stocks for scams". The sub heading makes their credibility quite clear to me, "Busted for securities fraud, conspiracy and perjury, Hartley
Bernstein agreed to forfeit US$850,000 in profits. He's now decided to be one of the good guys." Hartley and his wife Debra run the
stockpatrol.com website together--she is mentioned by name later in the article.

Again, you don't have to look too far to determine if that stentch you
smell is really what you think it is.

DESPERATION AT HAND.

We are witnessing a pretty good bluff at the poker table right now.
With today's "news" release

board=CLB01219&read=27893) that's THREE negative articles in four
days. All for a .0004 stock? Why so worried about a wee little
submicro penny stock? Hmmmm. By the way, one was by the Financial
Enquirer, er, I mean Stockwatch, and the other two by Stockpatrol
(FYI, a website run by an ex-felon convicted of massive securities
fraud according to a quick check on google). Today's release by
stockpatrol is interesting in that they actually paid to release
that via financialwire I believe. Well, SOMEBODY wants to see this
stock fail. I wonder who and I wonder why.

By the way, look for JadaH to make her appearance bashing this
stock. Fun, fun, fun. I stick to my guns on this one -- when the
small-time articles fail, it's time for them to bring out the big
cannons, either Forbes or Barrons. After that, it's cover time.

Also, here's a little theory of mine. My personal feeling is that
they are 100 billion shares short. I don't think it's anywhere near
the one trillion mark. I think that has become "urban" legend so to
speak (probably an off the cuff remark somewhere where he said "who
knows, for all we know it could be one trillion" and someone heard
that and reported to the board "Urban said it's one trillion shares
short LOL). Anyway, my calculation is based on volume in the last 6
months plus a market maker "fudge factor" where much of the volume
is artificially generated to simulate selling volume. So let's take
100 billion as our short. Now let's assume the following average
cover prices:

15 billion at .0005 average
15 billion at .0025 average
10 billion at .005 average
10 billion at .0075 average
25 billion at .01 average
25 billion at .10 average

What is the average cover on 100 billion shares?

2.9 cents/share (if my math is correct)

If this number is right, the entire financial industry would get a
whopping 2.9 billion stinger. To some that may sound like a lot. I'd
be willing to bet it's about .01% of the amount of money they make
off of naked short selling. To those worried about a collapse of the
system, this is a slap on the wrist. Oh it hurts and you bet they
will do everything they can to protect themselves from a 2.9 billion
dollar loss (witness all the things they're already doing) but they
can absorb that just fine. A few bad trading houses could go under
but they were likely small outfits that were filled with snakes
anyway. This slap could be just enough to whip a few of the larger
firms like etrade and schwab into shape to make sure that things
like this don't happen again. In the end, what is so ironic is that
all the so-called bashers trying to "protect" the small investors
from fraud are possibly preventing a good lesson for the industry to
learn from so that FAR more people are protected from this kind of
naked short selling fraud than could EVER be protected by these
supposed internet "watchdogs".

Not only am I rooting for CMKX to succeed for my own gain, but I
would love nothing more than to see them blow open stockgate and put
an end to what I believe has been the most undetected financial
scandal in the history of the markets. There. How's THAT for a
Thursday morning wake up call? LOL
