The dividend is just another carrot that keeps all of us waiting in anticipation while PCSO/HCPC CEO Carol Johnson sells, sells, sells. It will be like that Audit we were supposed to get back in April 2008... which still has yet to show up. This CEO is incapable of telling the truth!!!
