They are not shipping anything. The way this biz works is that the reps set up accounts with clinics...like mine. We have their units "in stock" on my shelves. When i have an appropriate patient, I grab a unit and give it to them. If I'm a smart provider (which I'd like to think I am) I want to give units to my patients that will be paid for so they can benefit from it as long as needed. If you don't pay attentin to the type of insurance the patient has, then you may give an Anthem patient an IF unit which the patient will eventually have to give back or switch for a TENS device. It is the reps job to EDUCATE their account clinics that have units in stock, and give them out -- independent of the rep really, as to what insurances cover what devices. Let's acknowledge that humans are slow on the uptake and habits need to be changed. So these IF units will keep getting issued until the reps have beat it through our heads NOT to give IFs to Anthems...and then we have to remember that in the future. Mistakes still happen though!

So it's a trickle down educational process.

Hope that helps.
