Thanks for the kind words balance!

In all my time as moderator on this board, I have tried to be as neutral as possible, trying to see both sides of a clearly questionable investment.

In defense of Phil, I will say this...

I do not think that Phil has attempted anything clandestine in all this time. I remember the time that Phil had driven to Dallas to give us a first hand view of what was going on there. I remember that I called him on his cell phone while he was there taking pictures of the store location next door to Terry's Market. I remember that he was trying to be a diligent person in trying to share the news of what he saw while there. He even posted pictures of the BLUEPRINTS for the store laid out on a drafting table in a storefront that at that time was clearly in need of very much work.

Back at that time, we were all excited about MNTY'S upcoming prospects. I even remember RedRain's periodic visits to the same storefront to update on progress. I remember the BAD TRANSFORMER ordeal. And I also remember when that ordeal was over, and that Jason Brola had finally had the keys to the building turned over to him.

And, I remember the pics that MNTY posted showing the fixtures being installed at that storefront.

If Phil is 'guilty' of anything at all, it might be only in his overexuberance in his hopes that MNTY might possibly succeed. I cannot fault him for overexuberance.

I still believe in the Business Plan of Market 99. I just don't believe that the Brola's are the ones capable of achieving the plan.

A while back, I tossed out the idea on this board about investors getting together to move forward with a "Market99 Plan" of our own.

I know that I have the retail experience to make this a reality for us all.

Dave
