Ok, but what are you basing your numbers on besides 3 months, and the price of oil and NG, you still need a number of what would have been produced for 3 months, and the 10Q only has data for 2 months of production, not 3, thats where my question was.

As for the financing, don't know, wasn't there, don't know the details, don't know what options where available or what financing Raley even looked at. None of us do. We can all look back and say coulda, shoulda, woulda, but unfortunately those details are unavailable to us, and it's too damn late now to think about what could have been, we're here now, this is what we have to deal with. I know who ever advised Raley should have been shot by now, hopefully they are long gone, unless he advised himself, then I'm sure he's pounding his head against the wall by now.
