1) 3 months. but i'm using significantly lower oil and nat gas prices than the average during 3Q 2008, which explains why my numbers are so low.

2) ugh, if management agreed to all those horrible restrictions, they're dumb. but let's say they ignored the terms -- what recourse what the CD holder have? would the CD holder, who themselves was engaging in illegal naked shorting, contact the SEC to complain about UVSE seeking other financing? seems unlikely.
