Thanks. Since the last time I talked with them, I have not contacted them recently. I plan on contacting them again within the next day or two...I am just trying to find out if they still plan/or have any thoughts on possible full recovery for investors if they win their case in court. I know they have already filed for this in their intial complaint, but just wanted to find out if they still plan on pursuing this.
