how many note holders are left? a month ago i heard people saying that 70% of the debt had been paid off and all of it (minus the new CD) would be paid off by year's end. is that no longer true? when people said 70% of the debt had been paid off, did that mean 70% of the money we owed CD holders was paid off or was it some kind of accounting trick?

i'm tired of hearing 12 different things from 12 different people on this board all claiming to be true. i've tried to read the SEC filings myself, but i'm too new to this to decipher the important parts. could we as shareholders come up with a reasonably accurate spreadsheet showing what has been paid, what will still need to be paid and when these debts will come due?

the company doesn't seem to want to give any information, but shouldn't it all be in the SEC filings? if we want to protect our investment, some real numbers on the company would be a great place to start. if we can show people that the company has some promise, then maybe it will spark some interest.

lasernat, mikey, stock observer, murry... you guys have a lot of opinions and most of the time they seem great... but since the company isn't doing anything to improve it's image, is there anything you guys could put out that would show people the financial state of UVSE? losses vs. debt... whatever. how much does the company pay each month to "X" and when will that debt be paid so they don't have to spend that money each month.

if you guys put out anything... thanks. the more accurate stuff that's out there that can be backed up by official filings the better the company will look to potential investors. i sat down with the 10-Q myself with the goal of putting something like this together, but i got lost in it. had a dictionary in one hand and a bottle of Dewar's in the other... couldn't come up with anything useful.

this is a long enough post... i'll stop.

FYI, i probably don't know what i'm talking about.
