ZEN, looks like you are right on. I would guess that since the Xfer agent has just changed, now would be a great time to verify exactly how many shares are out there.

If I were Urban, i would call or declare dividend. MMs scramble to cover. BASH the hell out of the stock (gee, is this happening now) Trade back and forth between MM to drive down PPS.

IF SO, PLEASE keep doing this. It can't last more than 72 hours. IF we are in this position, I'll just buy MORE.

LOTS MORE at a lower PPS.

I'll get to compete with the MMs.

IF I were Urban, I would buy back as much as I could and thank the MMs for making it possible to buy back MORE of my company with LESS money.
