Within this context, I see more issues with this chart. Here's one example; if you review the DOW peak in 2000 and again in 2007, you'll see the 2007 peak represented as much higher than 2000 when in fact, it is at best even when adjusted for the 20+% inflation which occurred between those years. What is the chart base year and its value?, (i.e. 2000=10,000). Thanks.
