No it isn't.

If the public expects results that only DNAPrint Genomics provides, that is very good news for DNAPrint Genomics (and its stock!)

It means that there is no room for anymore hype. Providing something that is expected is not a breakthrough, it is commonplace. It means that only economic performance will attract new investors.
