No hatred, no personal attack, no bitterness, or anything like that, just don't think it has been ethical on what has transpired not only with the company, but what the board has become.

Yourself and Amir I defended for months, but I also have come to the realization that you were to close to the sources, to provide objective information, and information that should have been released to the general public.

One person should not have the ear of Jason, when we all have questions that have yet to be answered.

If someone is a stand-up guy, he will come clean, or else he should be held responsible in the court system. That is why we have a judicial branch.
