What I mean by pointing the finger is there are many people named in the suit. What recourse the SEC will decide on and who they fine will be up to them(SEC). Reynolds will take the hardest fall here imo, and may be the only one to get any punishment.
When all the dust settles, my bet is the SEC will be the only ones to get reimbursement, and I just can't picture the SEC sharing that with the investors.

I'm just a poor Pastor with a Zecco account, a baby-sitting business, and an empty shell. Don't take my advice.
