TO THE MNTY BOARD:
I will, as always, answer questions as truthfully as I can. I will provide information that I can. But I am NOT getting tangled up in the SEC complaints here, I have no desire to do such. I don't know who is culpable of what, and the courts will decide, however, the mess that Jason is in right now dates back prior to market 99, and their are other defendants named in the suit. It will be interesting to see how the courts finally decide on this, but I'm just sitting on the sidelines on this. Someone will have to answer on this situation and that person or persons will have to answer in a big way, but at least until then, I'm not in on the SEC complaint.
Again, I am willing to provide any information I can, but I trust no one here on this board knows the whole story here, and by the time it gets to court, most will have moved on.
I will say one more thing, if you point a finger, make real sure you're pointing it at the right person, or persons.
