cmaman2029 the problem is that investors go into these investments thinking they found the next big run. For what its worth, they are mostly high risk, high reward. But when investors completeley ignore what the company puts out in its financials and get caught up in the PRs and message board hype, they put themselves at risk. It is the same risk that the SEC warns investors about right on their website. If the warning signs are there and you still invest and lose your money, really, whose fault is it?
Those who scream bloody murder when a company R/S or they lose money in droves investing in this highly risky market are no different than the 'victims' of the mortgage crisis.
