What if they did not sell an order to the United States Army 5th Special Forces Unit and O/S was not 839,680,555 on October 16? Who would get them in trouble? I think the SEC could care less.

BTW- over 630 million shares of PDGT have traded since October 16, yet they still have people thinking buyback.
