The post was made as a responsive post to rmarchma had jumped on me for believing in Merritt and the amount. I used a conclusion if the amount came out to be as rmarahma seemed to think then Merritt had lied to us.

You are correct I should have qualified if the amount shoud be that low in my post and that was my mistake. I in all my post have maintained that I believe the amount IDCC had stated, so I believe he has told us the truth.

I owe Mr. Merritt a apology for that post as I didn't give it the lets wait and see, and just said he has been lying. I was using the rmarchma factual post as gospel and IDCC would not be getting anywhere close to the $2.00 without the benefit of the end results. Once again I should not have worded the post that way.

I simply believe the man has told us the truth, and if it turns out that the amount is a far cry from what he has always told us then I would state he was a liar, and I hope I never have to call him a liar.
