That is what I am trying to find out 5% on a $600.00 phone is $30.00 royalty and if QCOM gets that and IDCC gets even $2.00 then how can $2.00 be to high?

Just trying to see if $2.00 doesn't just work out to be to darned cheap, and should be paid and glad to pay that amount versus what they pay QCOM.

I just want IDCC to get all they can and still be fair.
