DataRox has no intentions of saying what rate or percentage QCOM charges the top maufactures and the smaller ones. He doesn't want to show us the comparison to what IDCC sought and or is getting, and reveal that on a comparison basis, IDCC is getting very little.
Yet when we mention a $2.00 number he has always been quick to laugh at it and put IDCC and the technology down. I don't understand why but I guess he has his reasons. All I want to do is learn and evaluate by what I think is the only company we can compare dollar rates with. I am not trying to trick or trap DataRox just think we should have some way of comparing the 2.
