Big cities have big budgets, little towns have
little budgets.

Ol` Mac`s aimed for the small budget folks.

You'll notice he mentioned municipalities in
particular. They ain`t got the same trouble
raisin` revenue as a commercial developer.

Ain`t nobody said "No" to the Tax Man, except
Ed & Elaine Brown. Ain`t heard from them lately,
if you catch my drift.

The Tax Man always pulls up the funds. Cities
don't have to borrow from the bank. Just have
a bond issue, or raise taxes.

All that's left is the sell.

How`s that new marketing firm doin`? Who was it,
again? I forgot. Aw, hell, *that* ain`t good, now
is it....
