I don't know. I would think that would have to be public record. But, I think when you hire CEOcast that is defacto what you are doing. They are definately a player in this. I suspect that they may be the ones who retain the touts on this and other boards. I think Tom may have hired them and tried to stay above the fray. I get the sense that he felt "I am going to grow this company now and nothing else matters" thinking eventually he would be able to bring up the PPS (by the way, he should get along great with the Chinese based on this attitude alone). Now he has got himself in a jam for sure.
