Coop do you think Tom has a contractual marketing agreement in writing with CD Holders to issue PR's to assist in helping sell shares at any value like a legal obligation? In my own opinion that could be one of the reasons he never mentioned in any previous PR's to date that he was signing CD's with the dual purpose or mission of assisting in the sale of his toxic shares. He may or may not have needed the cash we will never know at the time but it was done and we sure as heck didn't sign for them "the plan man" did.
