Thank you museman for the good information. An excellent development agreement between Windcor and Welwind for sure. That's my hunch without reading the agreement, however, speculation or not, the Windcor connection is one of the reasons I became a shareholder. Having a major Canadian wind energy developer with Mr deDelley tied in and owning shares as a vested interest in Welwind's success. I noticed under Windcor's site that a new updated website will be coming soon at some point.
