Regardless of speculation and the possibility of future changes, Tammy McNabb, in correspondence with me described the Windcor affilliation as follows:
"It has always been the company’s [WWEI} intention to work with Windcor. They have been active in our projects in the past and we have resigned them on for the announced contract.... (to develop current wind projects in China and British Columbia, Canada) The contract is standard and fits within industry standards.....
This relationship in our mind gives all of us confidence that we are contracting a developer who has a direct interest in our success. We trust him, his company and employees and are pleased to have Windcor working for us."
