This is the form letter that I received, only after berating the company for not responding to any of my emails. I was hoping I'd get a response to what I wrote back, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Thank you for writing to me about Capital Oil and Gas. I try to keep stockholders informed as to company events thru our website, www.CapitalOilGroup.net and press releases. I would like to discuss everything with each stockholder who calls, however I have been informed by the company attorney that Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation FD prohibits me from discussing company projects with one person versus the entire shareholder base. I cannot have personal conversations regarding business individually with you. It could be interpreted as giving insider information to you.

Therefore I will be diligent about keeping you informed thru the press releases and website.
