There's no doubt that any CEO, who doesn't talk to shareholders, because his lawyer told him not to, is one to be concerned about. Given the past history of this company, I don't believe anything positive is happening here. Maybe if the company could put out a PR, explaining what has happened to all the past assets, and explain how they are buying all of these gas stations, pizza places, etc., there might be a reason to pay attention. However, they have played the P&D game before, so there's no reason to believe they're not doing it again. BTW, I have sent numerous emails AND used their contact link on their crappy web site. I have received no response to date. Not even a lame one, stating they can't respond. Caveat Emptor!
