The 3 scenarios: 1. MM's keeping price down for a LARGE order to be slowly filled at these low levels. 2. Loterella shares being sold to satisfy part of debt. 3. PDGT raising capital through dilution.
I don't understand #1. Why would MMs keep the price down to for a LARGE order? How would they make more money as opposed to just letting the stock rise and sell to whoever -as normal?
#2 seems to fit the pieces ALL4All provided.
#3 They keep saying NO. I think there are rules. PDGT streaches and wishfully implies, but dilution is across the line.
Buyback - Makes no sense at all for the company. The PR weaseled the promise too much.
May turn out neither of us is right. That's what makes a discussion - two wrong people refining POVs.
